Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an Associate Recruiter to execute regional recruiting plans and manage the full candidate lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers. This onsite role in Mechanicsburg, PA supports Skilled Trades and Sales & Support, driving KPIs set by the Regional Operations Recruiting Manager and the Director of Talent.

You will partner with hiring managers, maintain strong candidate experiences, and contribute to a culture of growth and results in talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; commensurate customer service and/or recruiting experience will be considered in lieu of the degree.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Track record of success in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional recruiting tasks for Skilled Trades and Sales & Support within Regional Recruiting.
• Manage the entire candidate lifecycle.
• Review resumes to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct phone screens to confirm role fit.
• Send assessments to candidates using The Predictive Index System.
• Schedule qualified applicants for interviews with hiring managers.
• Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates.
• Maintain accountability to recruiting KPIs.

You will work onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, supporting Skilled Trades and Sales & Support hiring through a metrics-driven recruiting process.

What you will do

The Associate Recruiter executes regional recruiting plans to support open requisitions in a timely manner. This position manages the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and extending offers, while working toward recruiting KPIs set by the Regional Operations Recruiting Manager and, as needed, the Director of Talent.

• Execute recruiting tasks assigned for Skilled Trades and Sales & Support within Regional Recruiting.
• Manage the entire candidate lifecycle.
• Review resumes to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct phone screens to confirm candidates match role requirements.
• Send assessments to candidates using The Predictive Index System.
• Schedule qualified applicants for interviews with hiring managers.
• Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates.
• Maintain accountability to recruiting KPIs designated to support required headcount.
