Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the Baltimore, MD area. The role involves receiving, staging, inspecting, and inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will report to the Warehouse Manager and collaborate with the Operations team, with typical hours 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The position requires forklift certification and a valid driver’s license, plus a focus on accuracy and safety in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse operations including receiving, staging, and inventory control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cooperate with cross-functional teams.
• Forklift certification and valid driver's license are required.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and maintain accuracy in paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Verify quantities and accuracy of incoming materials against bills of lading.
• Stage paperwork and products in designated areas for the next day.
• Maintain consumables levels and submit purchase requests as needed.

As a Warehouse Associate at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by taking ownership over all operations in your region’s warehouse, including shipping/receiving, inventory, supplies/consumables, and fleet management. You will report directly to our Warehouse Manager and work closely with our Operations team.

What You’ll Contribute

• Verify the quantity and correctness of incoming materials (bulk cases, any incoming count for correctness) against bills of lading and document any discrepancies
• Stage paperwork and properly identified products for the next day in designated staging areas
• Maintain consumables quantities to instructed levels and submit purchase requests to Manager

• Must be able to work a schedule of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
