Long Ridge Partners is seeking a Global RE Platform - Valuations Associate to support the firm’s global valuations process across opportunistic and core+ strategies. The role leads U.S.

valuation execution, aggregates results across regions, and delivers valuation materials to internal and external stakeholders, in collaboration with asset management, finance, and portfolio company teams. The position requires 2+ years in valuations, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to communicate

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a valuations role, ideally executing DCF valuations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for fast-paced environments.
• Confident communicating with asset management and senior stakeholders.
• Organized and able to manage competing priorities.
• Strong writing and summarizing skills for senior audiences.

• Analyze and present DCF-based valuation outcomes by property, market, and sector globally
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly internal valuations; manage appraisal, independent valuation advisor, and audit processes
• Prepare quarterly valuation reporting and data analysis
• Support special projects on valuation strategy, new products, and third-party providers
