Job summary

California Hydronics Corp is seeking an Associate Quotations and Submittal Coordinator to analyze bid specifications, prepare competitive project quotes, and organize submittal data to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role requires attention to detail and strong communication.

You will collaborate with Outside Sales Engineers and branches to align with regional strategies, handle product submittals, and maintain organized files while supporting customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, high attention to detail, proficiency in arithmetic operations, and ability to read construction plans/specifications for mechanical and plumbing equipment.
• Software: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or estimating tools is a plus!
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong time management ability.

Responsibilities

• Quotations: Review mechanical/plumbing plans, perform equipment take-offs, extract bid documents from electronic exchanges, and prepare competitive project quotes.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with Outside Sales Engineers, branch offices, and Business Development teams to align with regional sales strategies.
• Submittals: Prepare, update, and deliver accurate product submittal documentation to customers, keeping organized master job files.
• Customer Service: Maintain clear communication and provide top-tier support to clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Hourly Rate: $31.00 to $37.00 DOE
