The Quantitative Developer will help with the implementation of efficiency-improving solutions for the assessment of residential real estate equity and debt investments.
Required:
Minimum of 5 years experience
The candidate should have a strong background and familiarity with at least one type of real estate equity and/or debt investment, such as REITs, CMBS, RMBS, and/or whole loan trading

The main object-oriented coding language used in this position is C#, however experience with Java/C++/Python and a willingness to learn C# is acceptable
Database data is primarily housed within Microsoft SQL databases, though some data is found in Snowflake data warehouses. Being a strong user of either T-SQL, Oracle SQL, or Snowflake SQL is required, though the candidate must be willing to primarily use Microsoft T-SQL
$110,000.00 To $140,000.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company's base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
