Job summary

Zobility is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to provide strategic leadership for the Quality Management System at our Huntsville, AR facility. You will align QMS with customer, regulatory, and industry requirements while driving continuous improvement across functions.

Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, HR, and Executives to improve product quality, reduce cost of quality, and support business growth in aerospace and defense manufacturing.

Qualifications

• AS9100 knowledge and experience in aerospace quality management.
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings for quality impact.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving approach.
• Experience validating processes and maintaining QMS.
• Auditing programs to ensure compliance and improvement.
• Experience with supplier quality management and cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership with supervisory responsibilities.
• DoD/military sector experience is a plus.
• CMQ/OE and CQE certifications are preferred.

• Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Engineers, Quality Supervisors, Supplier Quality personnel, and Inspectors.

• Lead Management Review activities and Supplier Quality Management.

• The Senior Quality Manager partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to improve product quality, reduce cost of poor quality, enhance customer satisfaction, and support business growth.
• Our Facility in Huntsville, Arkansas manufactures state-of-the-art integrated electronics for Aerospace and Defense.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the organization's quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Engineers, Quality Supervisors, Supplier Quality personnel, and Inspectors.
• Foster a culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of AS9100

Education:
