Boeing Distribution, Inc. seeks an Associate Quality Inspector in O’Fallon, MO to verify conformance to design requirements and provide objective evidence of results. Under limited supervision, you will inspect incoming parts, verify certifications, and control non-conforming items, ensuring traceability per AS9100 standards.

You will use calipers and gages, read drawings, and coordinate with the team. A color/near-vision exam is required; prior aerospace QA experience is preferred.

• 2+ years’ experience using calipers, ring/gage, comparator.
• 2+ years’ experience in QA inspection methods and procedures reading drawings or blueprints.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel).

Associate Quality Inspector Company:

Boeing Distribution, Inc. Boeing Global Services (BGS), Distribution Business, is looking for an Associate Quality Inspector to join our team in O Fallon, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

• Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements
• Provides objective evidence of results
• Segregates and controls non-conforming items.
• Perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance
• Under limited supervision, inspects incoming parts/material, outgoing orders verify that certification is correct, checks parts for processing, checks special orders, daily use of micrometers, gauge controls, calipers, indicators, etc.
• Provides mentorship throughout the Inspection team.
• Conducts dimensional inspections per design record and documented AQL levels;
• Conducts visual inspections for obvious defects.
• Review and disposition all certification documentation to meet traceability requirements per AS9100 and Company Quality standards; communicate with vendor as needed.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 2+ years’ related work experience using of calipers, ring/pin gages, comparator.
• 2+ years’ experience in QA inspection methods and procedures reading and interpreting drawings or blueprints
• Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel)
• This role requires passing a documented color and near vision exam

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Previous aerospace inspection experience
• Knowledge of AS9100 requirements
• Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
