Job summary

Boeing in Tulsa, OK is seeking a manufacturing quality professional to support high-volume production. You will move parts, use precision instruments, read blueprints, and inspect with micrometers, calipers and torque tools. The role requires safety adherence, training others, and keeping certifications current.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in quality in manufacturing, can read blueprints, and are willing to work any shift. CATIA knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, high-volume production role in Quality.
  • Must be able to measure machine and detail fabricated parts to customer requirements.
  • Must be willing and able to work any shift.
  • Must be able to read blueprints, BAC's and D Documents.
  • Must be able to use inspection tooling in a manufacturing environment such as micrometers, calipers and torque guns.

Responsibilities

  • Capable of accessing and navigating electronic systems as required by the position program, and/or company.

  • Train, coach and/or assist fellow employees as requested or required by the company.
  • Maintain and utilize required personal certifications and qualifications as directed by the company to perform job assignments.
  • Ensure equipment and tool certification occurs per procedure.
  • Report job handicaps such as errors in parts, procedures, tools, sequences, etc.
