Boeing in North Charleston, SC, seeks an experienced Quality Management leader to oversee multiple QA families and drive strategic plans. You will coach teams, manage resources, and lead continuous improvements in a regulated aerospace environment.

The role emphasizes building relationships with customers and stakeholders, aligning quality strategies with business objectives, and maintaining a high standard of safety and compliance.

Competenze

  • 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry.
  • 1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • 1+ years of experience in leading teams (This includes managing team assignments, tracking status and developing a team’s talent).
  • 1+ years of experience with organizational and team building skills performed in a cross-functional environment.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry.
  • 1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • 1+ years of experience in leading teams (This includes managing team assignments, tracking status and developing a team’s talent.).
  • 1+ years of experience with organizational and team building skills performed in a cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Experience in quality leadership.
  • Experience working in production support.
