Onterris, Inc. seeks an Associate PSM Consultant (PHA Leader) for a largely remote role in the USA. Expect up to 50% travel to client facilities.

Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $135,000, commensurate with experience. You will lead PHA/LOPA activities, conduct audits, and advance PSM/RMP programs while representing the firm at conferences and mentoring junior staff. Qualifications

BSME/BSChE from an accredited university.
Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management.
Understanding of EPA Risk Management Program requirements.
8+ years industry experience.
Ability to mentor/train others.

Responsibilities

Provide facilitation or scribe services for PHA, LOPA, and Hierarchy of Controls.
Conduct compliance audits at client facilities per regulatory requirements.
Help clients build and enhance PSM/RMP programs.
Represent the firm at conferences and in industry associations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor staff.
Act as primary client contact and communicate project status and staffing needs.
Follow safety rules and participate in training; travel may be required.
Support continuous improvement efforts and project site work.
