Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School is seeking an Associate Provost for Academic Success to advance student achievement, retention, and institutional effectiveness. Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree, terminal degree preferred, in higher education, education, or student development.
• 5+ years of professional experience in higher education in a teaching or leadership capacity.
• Experience leading effective teams and projects.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in accreditation and compliance measures.
• Computer proficiency with Office 365 and various technology platforms.
• Literate in applying AI in meaningful and ethical ways.
• Ability to present data in a variety of forms.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for academic success initiatives across Ally Center, Library, and Registrar.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to achieve institutional goals.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to retention, graduation, and course success.
• Oversee FERPA compliance and student records policies.
• Develop policies and processes aligned with the policy committee and Catalogs/Handbooks.
