Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced proposal managers to help train their AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will lead RFI/RFP responses for public-sector contracts, own compliance matrices and capture plans, and craft high-quality narratives and artifacts with precision.

This role is fully remote and part-time, 5–20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in government solicitations, exceptional writing and document craftsmanship,

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading RFI and RFP responses for public-sector or government contracting opportunities.
• Direct ownership of compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans for competitive government solicitations.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
