Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and ensure timely problem resolution by staff.
• Assist with property inspections and recommend improvements.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and payment approvals.
• Assist with purchase orders and tenant billings.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and space walks.
• Prepare reports, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Support data gathering for accounts receivable and budget entries.
