We see this suiting an experienced Assistant Property Manager who is ready for a broader role and more ownership, but perhaps isn't quite at the point of taking full responsibility for an asset as Property Manager.

You’ll be joining an established institutional real estate owner/operator and working as part of an experienced onsite management team at a major Manhattan office property. The position sits between the traditional Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager levels, giving you considerably more exposure to the operational side of the asset while continuing to develop under experienced senior leadership.

The role will have broad involvement in the day-to-day management and operation of the property, working across tenant relations, building operations, financials, vendors and service partners, alongside the wider engineering and property management teams. The idea is for this person to become increasingly involved in how the asset operates rather than simply providing support from an administrative standpoint.

Ideal for someone who already understands Class A commercial property management, is comfortable working with tenants and building teams, and wants the opportunity to take the next step in their career within a highly regarded CRE platform.
