Associate Project Manager - Property and Recording

The Project Manager successfully manages the implementation of Tyler software for new and existing accounts, from contract signing through formal transition to the support department, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Work with our technology-driven solutions for property assessment, tax software, and mass appraisal services. From data collection to computer-assisted mass appraisal to tax billing and collections, contribute to developing property and recording solutions for the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and initiate projects with kick-off meetings involving clients and sales representatives, outlining scope, schedule, and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with sales post-contract signing to understand requirements and site-specific details.
• Conduct planning sessions with client leaders to create documented management plans.
• Schedule resources, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and communicate schedule changes.
• Share key project information with Tyler teams via SharePoint.
• Gather client feedback regularly and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate milestones and secure client acceptance.
• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to support with client meetings.
• Maintain communication with regional managers regarding schedules, revenue, and issues.
• Manage and develop the implementation team to meet performance and revenue goals.
• Keep SharePoint calendars current with schedules and team information.
• Pursue and maintain PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years software experience.
• 2+ years with Tyler products or similar.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, professional attitude.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and persuasion skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Salary Range

Generally between $47,393 - $62,360, depending on location. Recruiter can confirm incentive eligibility.
