Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI/SAP.
• 12+ years of program management experience.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Engineering, Business/Management/Entrepreneurship, or related field.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with DoW or IC contracts.
• Experience managing DoW/IC contracts and R&D programs.
• Experience leading diverse teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a large, technically diverse team.
• Oversee day-to-day program management activities, budgets, and schedules.
• Plan scope, deliverables, resources, and work plans with customers and teams.
• Develop long-term strategies with government customers and partners.
• Manage subcontracting, procurement, and contractor performance.
• Identify and capture new growth opportunities.
