Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation is seeking an Associate Project Manager for New Installation in Miami, FL. You will collaborate with the Project Manager, NI Superintendent, or Territory Project Operations Manager to analyze, plan, and execute project activities per customer and company specifications.

This role supports project bidding and ensures close‑out to completion. Responsibilities include submittals, change orders, and coordination with the Service Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in a related industry.
• Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and field leaders to analyze, plan, and execute project activities per customer and company specs.
• Support project bidding and ensure detailed follow‑through to completion.
• Prepare and submit submittal packages and review returns with the Project Manager.
