Responsibilities

• Lead multichannel projects from concept to deployment under guidance of the brand PM.
• Coordinate internal meetings and maintain project documentation using internal tools.
• Serve as point of contact for cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Communicate updates and escalate issues to management with proposed solutions.
• Maintain accurate files and complete timesheets/expenses on time.
• Support training and development of junior team members and promote efficiencies.
