Qualifications

• PE license in Pennsylvania required.
• Proven track record in managing land development projects (commercial and residential).

Responsibilities

• Lead site civil projects from start to finish in line with high standards.
• Design using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision.

• Oversee project financials including billing and invoicing.
• Mentor and inspire junior staff to foster growth.
• Ensure rigorous quality control across projects.
• Collaborate with mentor to enhance business development and invoicing skills.
