Atwell, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for land development to lead high-impact projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure delivery with high technical standards.

The role emphasizes report writing, site plan design, and compliance with engineering standards. A PE license and 10+ years of experience are required, with a strong background in residential and commercial land development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) credential required.
• 10+ years of experience in residential and commercial land development including design, project management, business development and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to authority for report writing, site plan design, drainage, grading, and due diligence/site analysis reports.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to review and complete assignments to high standards.
• Mentor junior staff with technical queries related to land development projects.
• Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Review and seal project documents to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
