Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and residential land development projects in Bryn Mawr, PA. You will manage projects from start to finish, collaborating with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines and budgets.

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision, plus a PA PE license, are required. You will mentor junior staff, pursue new business opportunities, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• PA Professional Engineer license (or clearly licensed in PA)
• Proven experience managing both commercial and residential land development projects
• Strong client management and interpersonal abilities
• Business development aptitude and proactive opportunity identification
• Leadership with the ability to mentor junior staff

Pay Range : $95,000 USD - $130,000 USD
