The role requires coordinating with Japan and CEE teams, guiding projects through uncertainty, and ensuring content quality while maintaining stakeholder trust.

Formación

• Must have JLPT N1/N2 proficiency (written and spoken)
• English proficiency at least B2 (written and spoken)
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills between Japan and CEE-based teams
• Ability to make decisions with limited information
• Nice-to-have IT project management experience in software development lifecycle
• Verbal translation experience at meetings a plus
• Experience with people management a plus

Requirements

Must have:

• Written and spoken English language proficiency (equivalent of B2 or higher)
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate work between Japan and CEE-based teams
• Ability to make decisions with limited information
• Ability to guide the team through uncertainty and complexity to deliver agreed content
• Self-reliant

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience in IT project management – best in the area of software development life cycle
• Understanding of software development methodologies and their implications for project deliverables
• Verbal translation experience at meetings
• Prior experience with people management
• Openness to work with Japanese culture
