Job summary

International Erosion Control Association is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of industrial, advanced technology, mission-critical, and complex construction projects. This early-career role offers exposure to sophisticated national projects while developing technical and leadership skills for progression into Project Management.

Key responsibilities include supporting planning, RFIs, submittals, procurement, change management, cost tracking, and coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/CE/Civil Eng or related field.
• Early-career construction experience preferred.
• GC/design-build experience is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Will travel for project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and day-to-day execution.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, procurement, change management, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field personnel, and design teams.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Support schedule, quality, and closeout activities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management / Construction Engineering / Civil Engineering or related field

Early-career construction experience

Strong organizational and communication skills

Open to travel for project assignments

GC/design-build experience beneficial
