Job summary

International Erosion Control Association is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support major data center, advanced technology, industrial, and mission-critical construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain experience on large, technically complex builds with long-term growth.

Responsibilities include assisting Project Managers, RFIs, submittals, procurement, cost tracking, and coordinating with field teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction-related field.
• Early-career construction experience preferred.
• Experience with a general contractor or design-build environment is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel or accept project assignments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project execution.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, procurement, change management, cost tracking, and documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field teams, design partners, and project leadership.
• Participate in project meetings and help maintain schedule and quality objectives.
• Develop toward increased project ownership and future Project Manager responsibilities.
