International Erosion Control Association is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support major projects across data centers, advanced technology, industrial, aviation, and complex commercial construction. This role is ideal for an ambitious early-career construction professional who wants exposure to larger, more technically challenging projects and a defined path toward Project Manager responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Early-career GC/construction experience preferred.
• Background in Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Assistant PM is welcome.
• Strong communication and organizational ability.
• Open to project travel/assignments.
• Previous data center experience is not required; interest in mission-critical/advanced-technology sector encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs with project execution and coordination.
• Track RFIs, submittals, procurement, changes, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and field personnel.
• Support cost, schedule, quality, and closeout activities.
• Participate in owner, design-team, and subcontractor meetings.
