Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical or process engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in engineering, infrastructure, site development, transportation, industrial, or project delivery.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers to plan, coordinate, execute, and deliver industrial and cross-market projects.
• Help build multidisciplinary teams spanning civil, environmental, transportation, structural, mechanical, process, electrical, and planning disciplines.
• Contribute to client meetings, anticipate needs, and build trusted relationships.
• Drive coordination of schedules, deliverables, budgets, decisions, and documentation.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and support corrective action.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and other tools.
• Champion document control to keep information accurate and current.
• Shape early project decisions through site development studies and master planning.
• Support complex assignments involving industrial facilities and intermodal infrastructure.
• Create alignment among internal teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Assist in winning new work through proposals, scope development, and delivery strategy.
• Challenge processes and drive improvements in project execution.
