Hanson Professional Services, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to translate strong technical experience into broader project and team leadership on industrial and infrastructure assignments, including site development and master planning.

Designed for eight+ years in engineering, this role advances project management, controls, scheduling, client service, and multidisciplinary leadership while deepening engineering expertise within Hanson’s Industry Market practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical or process engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in engineering, infrastructure, site development, transportation, or project delivery.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Partner with project managers to plan, coordinate, execute, and deliver industrial and cross-market projects.
• Build multidisciplinary teams across civil, environmental, transportation, structural, mechanical, process, electrical and planning disciplines.
• Contribute to client meetings, anticipate needs, and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate schedules, deliverables, budgets, decisions, and project documentation.
• Monitor project performance and identify risks with timely corrective action.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and other tools.
• Ensure disciplined document control for accurate, accessible project information.
• Shape early decisions through site development studies, planning and feasibility analyses.
• Support complex assignments involving industrial facilities, logistics, shipping terminals, ports, and intermodal infrastructure.
• Align internal teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
• Assist in winning new work via proposals, scope development, and delivery strategy.
• Challenge processes and drive practical improvements in project execution.
