Hanson is seeking an Associate Project Manager in Jacksonville, FL to turn strong technical experience into broader project and team leadership. You will help deliver a diverse portfolio of industrial and infrastructure assignments, working closely with experienced project managers and clients.

Designed for an engineering professional with eight or more years of experience, this role advances your project management, controls, scheduling, and leadership skills while deepening engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or process engineering.
• 8+ years of professional experience in engineering or project delivery.
• Strong organizational and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver industrial and cross-market projects with PMs.
• Build multidisciplinary teams across civil, environmental, transportation, and more.
• Support client meetings and develop long-term relationships.
• Develop project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Ensure disciplined document control and risk monitoring.
