Designed for engineering professionals with eight or more years of experience, the role expands capabilities in project management, controls, scheduling, client service, and multidisciplinary leadership while deepening engineering expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical or related engineering field is required.
• 8+ years of professional engineering or project delivery experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers to plan, coordinate, execute, and deliver industrial and cross-market projects.
• Build and align multidisciplinary teams across civil, environmental, transportation, and other disciplines.
• Contribute to client meetings, anticipate needs, and foster long-term relationships.
• Drive coordination of schedules, budgets, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and support timely corrective action.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and other tools.
• Champion disciplined document control to keep information current.
