Job summary

Hanson Professional Services Inc. seeks an Associate Project Manager with eight or more years of engineering experience to lead diverse industrial and infrastructure projects.

You will work with seasoned project managers, technical specialists, and clients to expand capabilities in scheduling, controls, and multidisciplinary leadership. The role emphasizes site development studies, logistics analysis, and master planning, guiding teams across civil, environmental, and transportation disciplines

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of professional engineering or related experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers to plan, coordinate, execute, and deliver industrial and cross-market projects.
• Build multidisciplinary teams spanning civil, environmental, transportation, structural, mechanical, process, electrical, and planning disciplines.
• Contribute to client meetings, anticipate needs, and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate schedules, deliverables, budgets, decisions, and project documentation.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and support corrective action.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and other tools.
• Champion disciplined document control for accurate, accessible project information.
• Shape early decisions through site development studies, logistics analysis, and master planning.
