Blue Bridge People is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the quoting, coordination, and delivery of custom capital equipment for manufacturing industries. This early-career role offers mentorship and exposure to end-to-end project flow from customer requirements to installation.

The ideal candidate has 0–3 years in project management or related technical work, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to work on-site in Auburn, MA with about 10% travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering, pulp & paper engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 0–3 years of project management or related technical experience, including internships or co-ops.
• Mechanical aptitude with interest in learning how industrial equipment is designed, manufactured and installed.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communication with customers and cross-functional teams; on-site Auburn work and ~10% travel.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with equipment quotations and cost estimates using customer specs and inputs from engineering.
• Support project planning, scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and Customer Service to move project activities forward.
• Communicate project updates to customers and internal teams under senior guidance.
• Track milestones, costs, deliverables, and flag potential delays or budget concerns.
• Participate in project status meetings and follow up on action items.
• Help coordinate FAT, shipment, installation, and final customer acceptance.
• Gradually take ownership of smaller projects as knowledge and PM skills grow.
