Job summary

Mattel is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join Global Supply Chain's Portfolio Planning team. You will lead strategic projects and product launches from planning through readiness, ensuring clear plans, ownership, milestones and governance across Brand, Product Development, Commercial, and Demand Planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required with strong PM experience.
• 5+ years of project/program management and cross-functional delivery.
• Ability to drive structure in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through launch.
• Develop integrated launch plans with dependencies across teams.
• Coordinate with Brand, Product Development, Commercial and Demand Planning.
• Establish governance, milestones, risks and decisions.
• Identify risks, mitigate and escalate as needed.
• Lead meetings with clear objectives, actions, and owners.
• Influence without authority to drive decisions across functions.
• Clarify roles, responsibilities and handoffs throughout lifecycle.
• Suggest process improvements and standardize practices.
• Summarize project status for senior leadership.
