Mattel is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join the Portfolio Planning team in Global Supply Chain. You will steer strategic projects and new product launches from early planning to launch readiness, ensuring plans, milestones and ownership are defined across brands and functions.

You will lead structured programs, coordinate with Brand, Product Development, Commercial, Demand Planning and Supply Planning teams, and drive risk mitigation while maintaining alignment with launch objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Project Management, Operations, Product Development or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in project/program management, supply chain, product development, operations or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Proficiency with project management and business tools such as Workfront, PowerPoint and Excel; Tableau experience beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex cross-functional projects and launch initiatives with clear objectives, scope, milestones and governance.
• Develop and maintain integrated project and launch plans across Brand, Product Development, Commercial and Demand/Supply Planning.
• Serve as a cross-functional orchestration lead to drive alignment and accountability.
• Establish project management processes, rhythms, tools and governance for visibility on status, risks, and decisions.
