Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in San Antonio, TX is seeking an entry-level Associate Project Engineer for its PCI San Antonio 116 operations. This role provides hands-on experience in project management and estimating within an employee-owned environment, setting the stage for rapid professional growth.

You will participate in safety meetings, punch list creation, RFI/submittals, and scheduling support, while collaborating on QA/QC, warranties, and material coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to learn new skills by engaging in technical job functions and applying new skills as they are taught.
• Strong customer service skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Must have critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
• Works well under pressure and deadlines.

Performance Contracting is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing employee-owned organization as an entry-level Associate Project Engineer for its PCI San Antonio 116 operations based in San Antonio, TX.

The Associate Project Engineer role serves as a launching pad for future leaders within PCI. It's a dynamic position offering hands-on experience in project management and estimating, setting the stage for professional growth and career advancement in an innovative environment.

Pay Range: $72,600-$77,600
