Responsibilities include safety meetings, punch lists, QA/QC support, RFIs, scheduling, takeoffs, and coordinating materials with purchasing and invoicing.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

Performance Contracting is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing employee-owned organization as an entry-level Associate Project Engineer for its PCI Southern Missouri 577 operations based in Springfield, MO.

The Associate Project Engineer role serves as a launching pad for future leaders within PCI. It's a dynamic position offering hands‑on experience in project management and estimating, setting the stage for professional growth and career advancement in an innovative environment.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Conducting safety meetings
  • Creating and managing punch lists
  • Supporting the Quality Control Measures outlined in PCI’s QA/QC program
  • Preparing RFI’s and submittals
  • Labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance
  • Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering
  • Supporting the implementation of the job schedule
  • Coordinating warranties and O&M’s
  • Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing

This position is safety-sensitive.

Pay Range: $72,600-$77,600

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Basic Requirements
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience
