Responsibilities

• Conduct safety meetings.
• Create and manage punch lists.
• Support the QA/QC program as outlined by PCI.
• Prepare RFIs and submittals.
• Labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance.
• Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering.
• Support the implementation of the project schedule.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M activities.
• Coordinate material with purchase orders and invoicing.

Performance Contracting is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing employee-owned organization as an entry-level Associate Project Engineer for its PCI Promatec 172 operations based in Houston, TX.

The Associate Project Engineer role serves as a launching pad for future leaders within PCI. It's a dynamic position offering hands-on experience in project management and estimating, setting the stage for professional growth and career advancement in an innovative environment.

Job responsibilities include:

• Conducting safety meetings
• Creating and managing punch lists
• Supporting the Quality Control Measures outlined in PCI's QA/QC program
• Preparing RFI's and submittals
• Labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance
• Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering
• Supporting the implementation of the job schedule
• Coordinating warranties and O&M's
• Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing

This position is safety-sensitive.

Pay Range: $76,400 - $81,400

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Basic Requirements

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.)
