Job Summary
What part will you play?
  • Manage solar installation projects from sales handoff to end-user Permission to Operate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors to define project requirements and ensure progress.
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
What will you do?
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Develop roadmaps for large-scale projects with clear timelines.
  • Learn the project operations lifecycle for solar roof projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service to roofing partners and homeowners.
  • Communicate with contractors and sales team to define project scope and objectives.
  • Support sales projects and project delivery through liaison roles.
  • Review and approve new projects to expedite timelines.
  • Assign tasks and assist with schedule management.
  • Maintain communication with clients to meet evolving needs.
  • Oversee project order fulfillment and monitor progress.
  • Work with Territory Managers and Sales Operations to resolve issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
What do we require from you?
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong listening and collaborative skills.
  • Excellent coordination and planning abilities, with adaptability.
  • Full-time, onsite presence Monday through Friday.
