Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking an Associate, Project Accounting to join our team in Falls Church, VA. The role focuses on hands-on cost accounting for multiple projects, subcontractor AP processing, client invoicing, and budgeting.

You will maintain detailed knowledge of project costs and work closely with Project Management to ensure timely direction and support, while upholding company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2-5 years construction or project-related accounting desired.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on job cost accounting for multiple projects.
• Subcontractor AP processing, client invoicing, and budgeting.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of all costs for each project.
• Coordinate with Project Management to provide direction and support.
