ICF is currently seeking a Program Manager to join our energy efficiency implementation team in Southern California. The selected candidate will serve as the Program Manager in support of a variety of Residential Sector-focused programs.

What you will be doing :
- Overall management of program performance including financial management, contract deliverables, strategic planning, quality assurance, and operational efficiencies
- Coordinate with client to ensure all program objectives are met and adjust as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with major local subcontractors and trade allies to support their participation in the programs.
- Align marketing, promotional, and merchandising activities for program promotion and customer acquisition.
- Analyze market trends and technologies to enhance deployment opportunities for program advancement.
- Assist in the direct support of client outreach, meetings and ad hoc requests including 1-on-1 monthly client meetings.
- Management of direct reports including but not limited to timesheet / expense approval, PTO approval, regular individual check-in meetings, and annual performance reviews.
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications) :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Energy Resources, Sciences, Sustainability, Business, or related field (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
- 5+ years of related work experience with managing energy efficiency programs
What we would like you to have :
- Expertise with energy efficiency and U.S. policies for residential energy programs
- Home performance, retrofit, and / or weatherization experience and related professional certifications (BPI, RESNET, etc.)
- Knowledge of energy efficient building practices, energy codes and technologies
- Strong leadership and management skills to help grow and lead a team.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish influential partnerships at all levels.
