Job summary

Hazelett Corporation is seeking an Associate Program Manager to plan and coordinate engineering projects from requirements through installation. This entry-level role is onsite for 3–6 months with a potential hybrid schedule afterward.

Travel to customer sites is required about 10–20% of the time. The base pay range is $55,000 – $70,000 yearly, with opportunities to grow in Hazelett’s casting technology projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in project engineering or program management.
• Interest in planning and leading projects.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and remote resources.
• Knowledge of structures, materials, joining processes, rotating equipment, hydraulic systems, control systems, or load and stress analysis.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements and develop cost estimates and schedules.
• Develop project plans including master schedule, budget, and resource plan.
• Work with Engineering to keep execution aligned with plan.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing to develop build schedules.
• Coordinate with Process to plan installation and commissioning activities.
• Address issues that could disrupt the design team's focus.
• Lead team meetings and design reviews.
• Report project progress to internal stakeholders.
• Communicate with external customers and suppliers.
