Job summary

Cranium AI in New Jersey is seeking an Associate Program Manager to support planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional initiatives across the Cranium AI platform. This entry-level role offers growth in a fast-moving AI security environment, with onboarding support for customers and collaboration with Success and Services teams.

You will drive managed programs for platform clients, assist with onboarding, and help deliver product demos as you expand your impact and experience in AI

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of experience in program management, operations or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, SmartSuite or similar) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute cross-functional programs aligned with Cranium AI’s goals.
• Manage projects, track progress and ensure deliverables are met.
• Support onboarding, customer success, and ongoing customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Services and Success teams to deliver AI security and compliance outcomes.
• Contribute to operational activities and internal process improvements.
• Develop product demos and technical presentations for prospective customers.
