Job description

Company Description

Cranium AI is focused on securing the AI revolution with an award-winning AI Security and AI Governance platform that helps organizations of all sizes confidently adopt and scale AI technologies across their AI supply chain. The platform is built to identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with AI, enabling security, compliance, and responsible innovation. Headquartered in the New York metropolitan area, Cranium AI is driven by a team of “Craniacs” who are redefining standards for AI excellence and value realization. The company is committed to making AI safe and trustworthy for everyone and offers opportunities to contribute to cutting-edge work at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and governance.

  • Role Description The Associate Program Manager is a full-time New Jersey (or NJ commuter) role responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional initiatives related to Cranium AI’s platform and services.
Our vision is to secure the AI revolution.

As AI adoption expands, AI and machine-learning models are increasingly exposed to new classes of threats. Without visibility into the AI assets in use, or monitoring of key metrics and threat indicators, organizations cannot keep up. Advancing the state of AI is a collaborative process that takes unusually varied skills and perspectives — so we’ve built a multidisciplinary team to match.

What you’ll do.

As an Associate Program Manager, you will play a vital role in planning, coordinating and executing programs that align with Cranium’s goals and strategic vision. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are organized, adaptable and eager to make an impact in a fast-growing field.

You will work cross-functionally across teams, assisting in managing projects, tracking progress and ensuring program deliverables are met. This position is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in program management within the dynamic realm of AI security.

Drive our managed program offerings for platform clients — including working with client vendors to enable the creation and delivery of vendor AI Cards.

Assist in customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth implementation of our solution and driving initial customer success.

Work with the Customer Success team to support ongoing customer engagement, troubleshoot issues and provide guidance on best practices.

Collaborate with the Services team to support delivery projects, helping customers achieve their AI security and compliance goals.

Contribute to operational activities, keeping internal processes and customer engagements running smoothly.

Grow into delivering product demos and technical presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the capabilities of Cranium’s platform.
