Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an Associate Program Manager to support cross-functional programs in a hybrid setup across Vienna, VA; Winchester, VA; or Pensacola, FL. The role handles schedules, milestones, and documentation with a focus on governance and reporting.

Candidates should be US citizens or eligible to work in the US. The position is a 12-month contract with a typical 8:00am–4:30pm local schedule and onsite at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of cross-functional programs that contribute to business operations and strategic initiatives
• Assist in developing program schedules, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation under the guidance of senior team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with program goals
• Use established tools and templates to support program reporting and status updates
• Monitor and upscale program risks, issues, and dependencies as needed
• Coordinate with internal teams to support program logistics and communication
• Maintain program documentation, meeting notes, and action item trackers
• Contribute to data collection and analysis to support business case development and decision-making
• Ensure adherence to compliance and governance processes as directed
• Participate in team meetings, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities
• Learn and apply program management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Seek feedback and mentorship to build foundational program management skills
• Support cross-functional coordination and contribute to team-level planning efforts

Position: Associate Program Manager. Experience Level: 1 (1-5yrs). Location: Candidate can be located in GPO (Pensacola, FL), WCC (Winchester, VA), or HQ (Vienna, VA). Shift (Time): 8:00am - 4:30pm (local time). Campus Reporting Type: Hybrid with the expectation to report onsite a minimum of 3 days per week. Contract Length: 12 months from start date.
