Job summary

INSPYR Solutions seeks a Technical Program Product Manager III in Bellevue, WA to lead large-scale technical programs from planning to delivery across multiple engineering and business teams. The role requires aligning scope, milestones and resources, and driving release schedules with software engineering partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of TPM experience supporting software engineering.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with dependencies.
• Experience building scalable processes coordinating software releases.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and critical path.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to operate strategically while handling day-to-day execution.
• U.S. work authorization meeting export control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale technical programs from planning through delivery across multiple teams.
• Develop and execute program plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and schedules.
• Partner with software engineering to drive execution, coordinate releases, and resolve blockers.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, operations, product, security, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and develop contingency plans.
• Build scalable processes and operating mechanisms to improve efficiency and predictability.
• Track program health through KPIs, SLAs, metrics, and data.
• Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to technical leaders and senior stakeholders.

Summary

• Lead large-scale technical programs from initial planning through successful delivery across multiple engineering and business teams
• Develop and execute program plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and delivery schedules
• Partner directly with software engineering teams to drive execution, coordinate releases, and resolve technical blockers
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, operations, product, security, IT, and business stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and program risks while developing contingency plans
• Build scalable processes, workflows, and operating mechanisms that improve program efficiency and predictability
• Track program health through KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, and technical data
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to technical leaders and senior stakeholders

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience supporting software engineering organizations
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
• Experience building scalable processes and coordinating software or technical release schedules
• Strong understanding of software development and engineering processes
• Experience managing scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and critical path for complex programs
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate strategically while diving into technical details and day-to-day execution
• U.S. work authorization meeting Export Control requirements (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, Green Card holder, Refugee, or Asylee)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with device or endpoint management, infrastructure, security, compliance, or enterprise technology programs
• Experience defining and managing KPIs and SLAs for program or operational performance
• Experience building sustainable operating mechanisms for large-scale technical programs
• Experience presenting program metrics, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
• Experience working in highly regulated, security-sensitive, or technically complex environments
