Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) South Georgia seeks an Associate Professor in Biomedical Sciences to educate osteopathic medical students in physiology on a two-year preclinical curriculum at the Moultrie campus. Three years of teaching experience is required.
Experience in teaching physiology is required.
Experience in active learning is preferred.
Experience in a collaborative approach to education is preferred.

Responsibilities

Educate medical students in physiology across a two-year preclinical curriculum.
Create educationally appropriate assessment questions for osteopathic students.
Serve in leadership and membership capacities on college and campus committees.
Evaluate student progress in learning appropriate medical and scientific knowledge.
Communicate evaluations to students and faculty as appropriate.
Other duties as assigned.
