Your Role

The Associate Production Scientist is responsible for creating manufactured kits of reagents supporting Multiplex, ELISA, and RIA kits within the Immunoassay Platform Solutions (IPS) portfolio, ensuring timely delivery.

Additional Responsibilities Include

• Produce or manufacture Multiplex, ELISA, RIA, and Intracellular kit reagents, involving calculations, measurements, and basic immunological techniques.
• Manipulate antibodies and antibody conjugates; manufacture detection antibodies and couple antibodies to beads.
• Ensure lot-to-lot consistency of produced items.
• Complete work timely by collaborating with the team and independently.
• Manage multiple product lines within the same day.
• Present data to supervisors and team leads.
• Read and follow SOPs and protocols.
• Perform and interpret statistical data analysis.
• Support Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Apply lean Six Sigma principles to identify process improvements.
• Promote compliance with Quality System & Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Be results-oriented, efficient, proactive, and detail-focused.
• Be innovative, engaged, and customer-focused.
• Work flexibly with cross-functional teams and foster teamwork.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Manage dynamic workflows effectively.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, or another Scientific discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a life science manufacturing environment, with knowledge of immunological biomolecular assays.
