Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking an entry-level Production Planner for Wilmington, MA. You will prepare and control the production schedule, coordinate supply chain requirements, and communicate risks to the master schedule.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related fields with up to 2 years of experience, and familiar with ERP/MRP software. Security clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related fields and/or less than 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, MRP software, PowerPoint, MS Projects, EMatrix
• Experience with ERP Software, Oracle preferred.
• This position requires an individual to be a U.S citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and control the Production Schedule and coordinate internal/external supply chain requirements to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.
• Advise management on status of work in progress, material availability, and risks to schedule.
• Review supply vs. demand imbalances and provide input to S&OP processes.
• Interface with internal customers on IPTs and communicate regularly.
