Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. seeks an entry-level Production Scheduler in Augusta, GA. You’ll help establish and coordinate schedules, supporting on-time delivery and cross-functional collaboration within the Production Control team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 0–2 years of experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is preferred to optimize scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and coordinate production schedules to ensure efficient materials flow.
• Prioritize and plan production activities to maintain on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Production Control to address downtime and material shortages.
• Enhance SAP usage to improve scheduling and drive assembly improvements.
• Develop and analyze production control reports.
• Coordinate procurement-related processes for parts with different needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery and quality issues.
• Manage inventory levels within defined guidelines.
• Provide timely communications and analysis on supply problems to management.
