The Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA) is seeking an Associate Production Manager to support theatre, education, and cabaret productions. You will coordinate production activities, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality across departments.

Based in Denver, CO, this full-time role requires 3–5 years of experience, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion within a collaborative, professional environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in theatre/production management.
• 3–5 years of progressive theatrical management or technical production.
• Understanding of theatre production process from design to strike.
• Experience providing leadership coverage during rehearsals and performances.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Director and Senior Production Manager in planning and execution of productions.
• Track schedules, budgets, staffing, and safety considerations.
• Provide coverage during rehearsals, previews, and performances.
• Coordinate communication among production teams and departments.
• Develop calendars, milestones, and production paperwork.
