Job summary

Koya Medical, Inc. is seeking an Associate Product Specialist to educate physicians, clinicians and patients about Dayspring devices in the Southeast Phoenix, Scottsdale and Chandler market.

This role includes clinical presentations, patient demonstrations and coordinating trainings in clinics, with a path to grow into a Product Specialist within 12 months. The position requires building relationships with healthcare professionals, performing demonstrations at local events, and guiding patients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health or science or health-related certification or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in home medical/durable medical equipment sales including clinic and patient-facing roles.
• Experience with health care coverage and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians, clinicians and patients about Dayspring devices and other products.
• Perform sales presentations and product demonstrations to clinical staff.
• Review documentation with patients to support medical claims and reimbursement processes.
• Coordinate patient demonstrations and trainings, including appointments and measurements.
